Damaged items

We do not offer exchanges for orders placed through the website unless an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item so we can assist you.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipping has started. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the shipping fee may be refunded.
